Celestial Dew is located at 21 Coolman Street, Tyalgum NSW, next door to the charming Flutterbies Cottage Cafe in Tyalgum, NSW.

We’re located only 45 minutes from the Gold Coast and Coolangatta Airport under 1 hour from Byron Bay and sheltered in the beautiful caldera of the Tweed Valley, within the foothills of Mt Warning. Murwillumbah, Uki, Chillingham and the entry point to Mt Warning are all under 20 minutes’ drive away. The nearest beach is a 40 minute drive away – Kingscliff or Cabarita.

A magical ambience with a growing heart of music, culture and theatrical productions is for all to enjoy. Tyalgum offers, walks and swimming holes, live music on Friday nights, montlhy Artisan markets with fresh home-baked delights, and home to the renowned Tyalgum Music Festival.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WHILE YOU ARE STAYING HERE:

Visit the shops in our gorgeous little village – Tyalgum has grown into a flourishing village with many boutique shops lining the main street. From antique furniture to fashion, eco shop and local roast coffee to high tea in the valley, we have it all.

Our charming country village of Tyalgum retains history and originality, you will be drawn to its tranquil and breathtaking beauty,  which includes a beautiful gift shop to browse through situated in the “Old Bakery” building circa 1926.

Enjoy a devonshire afternoon tea – At Flutterbies Cottage Cafe

Play Tennis – there is a tennis court located opposite the Guest House that can be hired

Climb up Mt Warning – The world’s largest extinct shield volcano and the place where the dawn sun first touches the Eastern seaboard of Australia. The trek to the top will take you approximately 5 hours return.

Drive to a National Park – Mebbin State Forest and the Natural Arch are both close by. It’s best to visit the Natural Arch at night, so you can see the glow worms in their natural habitat – a must see!

Swim in the local weir or waterfalls – Picuresque!

Drive / walk around the border ranges or Pinnacle lookout – Plus many other scenic routes of the Byron and Tweed Hinterlands.

Swim at Kingscliff or Cabarita Beach – Cabarita is still up and coming, while Kingscliff has a chilled and trendy vibe to enjoy.

Shop at a local market – Every weekend there are various markets in the surrounding local towns

Let your creative side free – Visit the Tweed Gallery, just outside of Murwillumbah (our local town)

Do nothing, but sit on your balcony  look into the gardens, relax, rejuvenate, take it all in!
