Silversmithing Workshops

Held on the first and third Saturday of the month, these one day workshops offer an immersion into the ancient craft of silversmithing. Held at the Osiris Studio + Gallery, 10 1/4 Coolman St, Tyalgum.

Learn the basics of silversmithing in a relaxed, country setting here in Tyalgum, northern NSW. During the course of the day you will become familiar with the fundamental tools of the trade, learn how to cut, saw, anneal, solder, texture and finish a ring, which will be yours to keep!
Classes run from 10am until 3pm on a Saturday, and are for up to six students, to allow for individualised tuition. You will receive comprehensive course notes on the day that you can take home with you. Full payment is required upon booking to secure your place. $90.00 tuition fee, includes two rings. [You may purchase additional materials on the day at cost price, should you wish.]
Why not make a weekend of it? Book a room Friday night and enjoy our famous Flutterbucks Pizza Night with Live Music next door, and then a leisurely breakfast before your workshop?
